At Hannah Ryan Beauty, we value transparency and trust with our clients. Our policies are designed to ensure a positive experience for all individuals engaging with our services. It's important to note that while we provide information on makeup and beauty practices, we recommend seeking personalised advice for any specific concerns or conditions.

Hannah Ryan Beauty requires a small deposit on any booking to secure your booking. The deposit is non-refundable, however it is transferable to another date if given notice up to 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be asked to pay 50% of your appointment cost. Same day cancellations or no-shows will be asked to pay for the full appointment.

For Bridal makeup, a 25% deposit will be taken for the wedding day, remaining balance is due up to the week before the wedding date. Deposit is non-refundable.

All new lash lift appointments are required to have a patch test a minimum of 24 hours before the appointment to ensure there is no reaction to the perming lotion. Your treatment will be unable to go ahead if you come with any eye makeup on, have any form of eye irritation or contagious disease due to Healthy and Safety.
